South Coast Urgent Care is now serving Laguna Niguel and the surrounding communities. We are conveniently located in the Laguna Niguel Medical Plaza and are capable of coupling evaluation and treatment plans with in-house imaging including, open MRI, CT scan with angiography, full body and vascular ultrasound, and digital x-ray. our facility is 4,800 sq feet and available to our patients without appointment, seven days a week. Our services are rendered by medical doctors the same day. In addition to urgent care services, our medical doctors provide primary care/family practice and internal medicine services. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing individualized care for each patient and is highly successful in hastening patient recovery times. With our in-house laboratory services, we also provide rapid and definitive diagnostic results.
